Refund policy
Claims are one-time placements that last until outbid; they are not subscriptions.
Automatic refunds
If a payment completes after its 15-minute reservation expired or any selected country is no longer available at the quoted price, the payment is automatically refunded to the original payment method.
Moderation removals
If an administrator confirms removal after a content report, the associated purchase is refunded. Replacing artwork or changing a destination link does not extend placement rights or reset the country's current bid.
Outbids
A normal outbid is the core marketplace mechanic and is not refundable. The checkout and policy-acceptance screens disclose this before purchase. Payment processor timing controls when an approved refund appears on a statement.
